Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and the page requested. We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising services.
Booking enquiries
Through the booking form we process name, e-mail, date, location, event type, set length and message, plus time of sending, browser identifier and IP address. We use this data only to answer your enquiry. The enquiry is stored on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, logged in our ticket system there and forwarded to both of us by e-mail.
Spam protection
Every enquiry first goes through an automatic spam check. If the result is unclear, name, e-mail, date, location and message are checked by an AI service of Anthropic PBC in the USA. The transfer is based on the contractual terms of the provider (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
We keep booking enquiries for at most two years and delete them afterwards.
Mixes from Podomatic
Cover images are loaded directly from Podomatic (USA); when you play an episode, the audio file comes from there too. Podomatic receives your IP address in the process.
Language choice
So that the site opens in your language, your browser remembers the language choice (localStorage and sessionStorage). This is not sent to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing. Just write to the e-mail address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
